Tracey Stearns, Executive Director
Tracey Stearns took over as the Mystic Learning Center's Executive Director in July 2020 during the challenges of the pandemic. Tracey has been working for the MLC since 2014, previously as the Assistant Director.
Her passion and commitment for serving youth and their families runs deep. She has dedicated her career to work with children and youth for 25 years. Prior to joining the MLC she served many years as the Program Director for the Malden YMCA.
She earned her Bachelors in Human Services and Criminal Justice from UMASS Boston.

Lenz has been connected with the MLC since 2007, initially attending as a youth. He joined the mlc team as a Junior Staff member in 2017 and was promoted to Senior Staff in 2022. In addition to his role at MLC, Lenz is also an active coach for SHA Summer Basketball.

Charlene just started working with MLC in 2023. Charlene has been an educator for 20+ years. She attend Massbay Community College where she studied Early Childhood Education. Charlene is currently a Group Leader at the MELC.

Darien Rodriguez began volunteering at the Mystic Learning Center in 2014-2015, though he came to the MLC as a youth. He was hired as a Junior Staff in the fall of 2015, and in 2019 Darien stepped into a Senior Staff role as a Group Leader. In May 2023, Darien was promoted to be the MELC Site Coordinator!
